The goal was to automatically connect Wix Events data with customer profiles in Klaviyo, allowing for precise segmentation and the creation of events within Klaviyo profiles. Our Solution:
Using the Klaviyo API, we integrated Wix Events data directly into customer profiles in Klaviyo. This integration allows:
Automatic Label Creation: Whenever a customer registers for an event on Wix, a label is created in Klaviyo that includes the event name, date, and ticket type purchased. This makes precise profile segmentation easier.
Real-Time Profile Creation and Updates: If the customer profile does not exist in Klaviyo, the system automatically creates it, and if it does exist, it updates it with the latest information. This ensures that all profiles are complete and up-to-date.
Event Creation in Profiles: In addition to labels, events are also created in customer profiles, allowing Keepitreet to track customer participation in greater detail.
